Green Kitchen Soap

Am I the only person in the world who likes to coordinate their kitchen soaps with their color scheme? I don't think so. Am I the only person who has a green kitchen? Again, I don't think so. And I LOVED the green tropical passionfruit soap from Bath and Body Works. Past tense. LovED. Because now it's pink.
And I love pink (weird since I had a love/hate relationship with it until I found out I was preggo with a boy), but I don't want to start over on a pink kitchen. So now I have to start over on finding a kitchen soap I can love. I've tried all the other green B&BW soaps, too. If I'd only been warned, I could have stocked up.

I didn't like pink until I was pregnant (with Kaitlyn.... not with Kari so much). Weird that even our color preferences can be affected by hormones :) I will keep an eye out for green soap.

What about Cool Citrus Basil? I think that one's pretty good. Or what about the foam-y kinds that have white soap and bottles but green labels? Like the vanilla bean noel. or Coconut Lime Verbena (speaking of which: Coconut Lime Verbena. you love that scent.) OR a soap that's a coordinating color such as brown or yellow.

Or how about a green soap dispenser? Then it doesn't matter what color the soap is.

But if you just want to whine, that's ok too. Carry on. :)

Dang. The one I was thinking of was actually Crisp Citrus Herb, and that's not green. So never mind.

Dang! And they don't even have Coconut Lime Verbena on their website anymore... I suck at this game!

I stand by my green soap dispenser suggestion, though.

(Also: You could pick a different brand of soap. BBW isn't the only high-quality kind out there. Just sayin'.)

You guys are so great to humor my rant. Yesterday was just one of those days where I finally had one too many things go wrong. And so I chose to direct my wrath at soap. Ah, well. I actually found some on ebay (new, of course, cause otherwise... gross), so now I just need to decide if I really do NEED THAT particular soap. In the meantime I got warm vanilla sugar, because let's be honest, you can rarely go wrong with vanilla.
(James, I tried all the other green BBW soaps last time. Just don't like them as much. Coconut Lime Verbena is Mardee's scent so it would feel like poaching. AND finally, we've had very limited success with soap dispensers. Like, 50% on a sample size of 2.)

I wonder how easy it is to dye soap....

Les, I've been wondering the SAME thing! But if you just put a few drops of food coloring in there, wouldn't it color your hands when you washed them and thereby defeat the purpose of the soap?? Ironically, I've pondered this many times but never actually researched it...

Ya know...you can use the BIG GREEN refills and make your own foamy soap....Just reuse the bottle from BBB!
